All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per individual and per household, including but not limited to shared family members, home address, email address, IP address, telephone number, account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system account (including but not limited to Neteller, Skrill, etc.), and one electronic device (such as computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.).

All players are eligible to participate in bonus offers, except where specific country restrictions apply and the player is a citizen or resident of a restricted country.

Bonuses are not available to players from the following countries: Bulgaria, Macedonia, Republic of Moldova, Philippines, Sierra Leone, Spain, Belarus, Ukraine.

However, if a player is a citizen of one of these countries but resides in a non-restricted country, this restriction shall not apply. The operator may require documentation, such as proof of address, to verify residency. Any winnings may be voided if residency cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

Players are prohibited from abusing bonus offers. In the event of bonus abuse, the operator reserves the right to disqualify the player from receiving any future bonuses and to cancel any winnings derived from bonus funds, whether during the wagering process or thereafter.

Players are prohibited from employing any strategies while playing with an active bonus in order to satisfy wagering requirements. If the operator determines, on reasonable grounds, that a player’s actions are designed solely to exploit the bonus for financial gain, the operator reserves the right to void all associated winnings.

Examples of strategies that may constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to:

Switching between games with varying contribution rates: Rapidly alternating between games that have different contribution percentages toward wagering requirements, particularly prioritizing games with higher contribution rates only when necessary.
Utilizing low-risk betting systems: Employing betting systems such as Martingale, D’Alembert, or similar methods that minimize risk and limit losses, thereby manipulating the wagering requirements.
Reducing the stake size by more than 80% after a large winning bet with the intent of completing wagering requirements at minimal risk.
Betting on both outcomes in games with multiple betting options: Placing opposing bets in scenarios where two outcomes are possible (e.g., red and black in Roulette) to achieve low-risk completion of wagering requirements.
Exploiting game features to hedge bets: Utilizing in-game features, such as double-up options following a win, to maximize gains from wins and then placing minimal bets to fulfill wagering requirements.
Maximizing bets on high RTP (Return to Player) games: Consistently placing large bets on games with high RTP percentages, which statistically reduce the house edge, in order to increase winning probability while meeting wagering requirements.
Manipulating bonus rounds and free spins: Deliberately seeking out and activating bonus rounds or free spins in specific games to enhance winnings without materially affecting wagering requirements.
Betting patterns that mimic software or system play: Exhibiting betting behaviors that resemble automated or algorithmic play, where the player consistently adheres to a specific pattern or algorithm indicative of non-random, strategic conduct intended to exploit bonus advantages.

All bonuses are credited according to the UTC time zone.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all bonuses are subject to a minimum deposit requirement (where applicable), a maximum bonus amount cap, wagering requirements, a maximum bet limit during wagering, and a validity period.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms and conditions, all bonuses, free spins, and any winnings derived therefrom (where wagering requirements remain unmet) must be wagered 40 times the bonus amount or free spins winnings amount, and are valid for a maximum of 7 days from the date of credit to the account balance.

Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. While 100% of bets placed on slots generally count (subject to specific exceptions), contribution rates for other game categories are as follows:

Card games: 10%
Game shows: 10%
Other games: 0%

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms and conditions, the maximum permitted bet while a bonus is in its active wagering phase is 5 USD/EUR/CHF/USDT/USDC, 8 AUD/CAD/NZD, 50 NOK, 100 ZAR, 500 INR. This limit applies to all bets placed while wagering requirements remain unfulfilled, including those associated with free bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins winnings, and loyalty bonuses. For cryptocurrency bets, the maximum is the equivalent of 5 USD based on the average exchange rate on the date of the bet. The maximum bet limit encompasses bet doubling after a game round and bonus rounds (including those purchased in-game).

Failure to comply with this maximum bet condition may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings accrued from the activation of the bonus onward.

Winnings derived from bonuses become eligible for withdrawal only upon full satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements.

Players may not request withdrawal of funds until wagering requirements are completely met.

Gameplay commences with real money first, followed by bonus funds. Upon depletion of bonus funds, the bonus is forfeited.

At the expiration of the bonus validity period, if wagering requirements remain unmet, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.

A player may request withdrawal of their deposited funds prior to completing bonus wagering requirements. In such cases, the bonus and any related winnings are forfeited, and any remaining real money balance is payable to the player.

A player may cancel any active bonus at any time prior to wagering without prejudice to their own deposited funds.

Bonuses are automatically cancelled if the active balance tied to the bonus falls to 0.05 EUR/USD/CAD/AUD/NZD/CHF/ZAR/USDT/USDC; 0.000001 BTC; or less. This provision applies solely to balances linked to the bonus (i.e., deposit plus bonus, or bonus only in the case of no-deposit bonuses) and does not affect unrelated funds from other deposits or bonuses.

Only one bonus may be active at any given time. Deposit bonuses may not be combined.

A player may decline or refuse any bonus offered by the operator.

Delaying any game round, including free spins or bonus features, until wagering requirements are met or new deposits are made while such features remain available is prohibited and may result in voidance of winnings upon review.

All withdrawal requests involving winnings from bonus funds are subject to verification prior to processing. The operator reserves the right to require confirmation of personal data and payment method details.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms and conditions, winnings from any deposit bonus offer are capped at a maximum of 5000 USD/EUR/CAD/AUD/NZD/CHF/USDT/USDC, 50000 NOK, 100000 ZAR. Caps for other cryptocurrencies are determined based on the prevailing exchange rate to EUR at the time of cashout processing. Any winnings exceeding this cap may be forfeited, including amounts generated through subsequent play with redeemed bonus winnings.

Using bonus funds solely to advance through bonus stages (e.g., collecting items to trigger features) and then completing final stages with cash bets after bonus forfeiture, loss, or wagering completion is prohibited. Winnings obtained in such circumstances may be voided.

The operator reserves the right to revoke any bonuses and winnings, and to confiscate all funds in the account, if obtained dishonestly or in violation of these rules.

PROMOTIONS AND REWARDS

Currency Conversions for promotions and bonus offers.

The base currency is EUR, with the following fixed conversion rates for fiat currencies:

Redeemable Comp points

For every $25 wagered (real money) on slot games, a player earns 1 redeemable point and 1 status point. For Roulette, 1 point per $100 wagered; for Blackjack/Baccarat, 1 point per $250 wagered. With a minimum of 200 points, these may be exchanged for a 5 euro bonus. Higher VIP levels offer more favorable exchange rates. No Deposit Bonus and No Deposit Free Spins

Where no prior deposit has been made and unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms and conditions, winnings from a no deposit bonus or no deposit free spins are capped at 200 USD/EUR/CAD/AUD/NZD/CHF/USDT/USDC, 2000 NOK, 4000 ZAR, 20000 INR. Cryptocurrency caps are based on the exchange rate to USD at cashout processing. Excess winnings are forfeited, including those from subsequent play with redeemed amounts.

Where a prior deposit has been made and unless otherwise specified, winnings from no deposit free spins (including free offers, goodwill gestures, or loyalty rewards) are capped at 300 USD/EUR/CAD/AUD/NZD/CHF/USDT/USDC, 3000 NOK, 6000 ZAR, 30000 INR. Excess is forfeited as above.

Where a prior deposit has been made and unless otherwise specified, winnings from other no-deposit bonuses (free offers, goodwill gestures, or loyalty rewards) are capped at 5000 USD/EUR/CAD/AUD/NZD/CHF/USDT/USDC, 50000 NOK, 100000 ZAR, 500000 INR. Excess is forfeited as above.

Prize Eligibility Criteria

Prizes credited after a tournament or promotion ends are contingent upon the account remaining active and unrestricted at the time of crediting. Points earned through bonus wagering that violates maximum bet limits or other bonus terms are void and excluded from prize calculations.

Any strategy or activity breaching the operator’s Anti-Fraud Policy, as set forth in the terms and conditions, renders prizes null and void, with no winnings credited.

The operator reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms at any time.
