1. GENERAL

The English language version of these Terms and Conditions shall be the prevailing and controlling version in all respects. In the event of any dispute, inconsistency, or ambiguity between the English version and any translation or other language edition, the English version shall govern exclusively.
Should any provision (or part thereof) of these Terms and Conditions be held invalid, unenforceable, or void by a court or competent authority of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be reformed or severed to the minimum extent necessary to give effect to the parties’ original intent.
2. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

Should the Casino erroneously credit your account with funds, bonuses, bonus-related winnings, or other amounts to which you are not entitled (whether due to technical error, paytable mistake, human error, or otherwise), such amounts (and any winnings derived therefrom) shall at all times remain the property of the Casino and shall be deemed null and void. If any such erroneous amounts have been withdrawn prior to the Casino becoming aware of the error, you shall be liable to repay the full amount to the Casino forthwith (without prejudice to any other legal or equitable remedies available). You undertake to notify the Casino immediately (and in any event within twenty-four (24) hours) by email of any such erroneous crediting.
Neither the Casino nor its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, or service providers make any representation or warranty that the software, Website, or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, fit for any particular purpose, or meet your requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Casino excludes all liability (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or in connection with the use of the Website or participation in the games.

9. FRAUD PREVENTION

- initiating chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions;

- other conduct prohibited under applicable anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, or fraud prevention standards.
Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes (without limitation): exploiting terms, features, or faults to eliminate/reduce risk of loss (except where explicitly intended); collusion with others; use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or automated play software; patterns indicative of non-random algorithmic play; breach of specific bonus terms (e.g., eligibility or wagering requirements).
If the Casino reasonably determines that you have engaged in dishonest manipulation, unfair advantage, fraud, or attempted fraud against the Casino or others, it reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account and withhold or forfeit all winnings and balances. The Casino maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward advantage play. Winnings and bonuses obtained through advantage play shall be voided where arising from: use of stolen cards; multiple accounts to exploit promotions; provision of false registration data; submission of forged or altered documents; or any other fraudulent conduct intended to gain unfair advantage.
Upon detection of such conduct, the Casino may void winnings, bar access indefinitely, retain funds reasonably suspected to be tainted, and pursue criminal complaints where applicable. The Casino may terminate or reverse any manipulated games/events to restore the pre-breach state.
You undertake not to exploit any software errors, bugs, or incompleteness and to report any such issues to the Casino immediately. Failure to report entitles the Casino to recover all related costs and losses (including those from exploitation).
All deposits must be wagered three (3) times the deposit amount (cumulative bets equal to 3x deposited sum) before withdrawals are permitted. Multiple inactive deposits require full wagering of the aggregate amount. Failure may result in the Casino imposing processing fees at its discretion. For sports betting-related withdrawals, deposits must be wagered at least once.
As an anti-money laundering measure, all deposits are subject to a mandatory 3x wagering requirement prior to withdrawal eligibility. Withdrawals shall be withheld until sufficient wagering is demonstrated.
10. REFUND POLICY
Refund requests shall only be considered if submitted: (i) within twenty-four (24) hours of the relevant transaction; or (ii) within thirty (30) calendar days where unauthorized access by a third party is alleged.
For credit card deposits, the Casino reserves the right to process withdrawals up to the total deposited amount as refunds to the original card. 11. DORMANT ACCOUNTS
If no login activity occurs for six (6) consecutive months, the account shall be classified as inactive/dormant. The Casino reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee of at least 10 EUR (or currency equivalent in the account balance) while a positive balance exists. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you authorize such deductions at the start of each month following dormancy classification (with email notification). Deductions shall cease upon account reactivation or zero balance.
12. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Players may submit complaints via customer support channels (live chat, or online form). Acknowledgment shall be provided within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Following investigation, the Casino shall communicate the outcome and resolution by email. Feedback on the process may be requested. All complaints, investigations, and resolutions shall be recorded. If dissatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board or an independent dispute resolution service designated for gambling matters.
13. EXPIRY PERIOD
Any claim, action, or cause of action arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the services must be commenced within one (1) year from the date on which it arose, after which it shall be time-barred.
14. NON-TRANSFERABILITY
You may not assign, pledge, transfer, encumber, or otherwise dispose of (under any title or form) any rights, claims, winnings, deposits, bets, accounts, or interests arising under these Terms and Conditions, the Website, or participation in the games without the prior written consent of the Casino. This prohibition constitutes a non-transferability clause pursuant to Article 83(2) of Book 3 of the Civil Code of Curaçao and extends to all forms of transfer, including (without limitation) assignment, pledge, usufruct, hypothecation, gifting, brokering, trading, or any arrangement involving a fiduciary, third party, or entity (natural or legal).
15. ARBITRATION
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any further agreements or acts related thereto, between you and the Casino (including successors in title) shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration in Curaçao in accordance with the Curaçao Civil Procedure Rules.
